How do I place an order?
Go to the Menu page and use the Email order section. It opens your email client with a ready-to-send message. Orders are accepted by email only.
When do you confirm timing and availability?
We confirm by email reply. Please include your preferred pickup/delivery window and any allergies or substitutions you need.
Do you offer delivery?
Pickup is available. Delivery may be available case-by-case depending on distance and schedule, and any fee will be confirmed by email before payment.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payment is arranged after order confirmation. Common options include a secure card payment link or cash at pickup. We do not request payment before confirming the order details.
Can you accommodate allergies?
We can share ingredient information and suggest options, but we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment because meals are prepared in a home kitchen.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel within 1 hour of submitting your request if preparation has not started. Please see the Refunds & Cancellations page for details.
Do you have subscriptions or recurring charges?
No. There are no subscriptions, automatic renewals, or recurring charges.
Do you collect personal data?
We collect only what’s needed to confirm orders and respond to messages (name, email, and optionally phone/address). See the Privacy Policy for details.
