Because meals are prepared made-to-order, cancellations and refunds are handled with a clear, fair process.
Canceling an order
- Free cancellation window: within 1 hour of submitting your request, as long as preparation has not started.
- After preparation begins: cancellation may not be possible. We will tell you by email if preparation has started.
- How to cancel: reply to the confirmation email or email orders@seleccionadosdelcampo.com.
Refunds for issues
- If something is incorrect (wrong item) or there is a quality issue, contact us within 12 hours of pickup/delivery.
- When appropriate, we may offer a replacement, partial refund, or full refund depending on the issue.
- Please include a brief description (and a photo if helpful) in your email.
Refund timing
If a refund is approved, it is processed back to the original payment method when possible. Banks and payment providers typically take 5–7 business days to post refunds.
